We had a lovely time in Portugal and although Portugal is great by itself, you and your staff make it better than great and provided us the ability to explore and find that out for sure. Your suggestions and recommendation were right on target.  The Pousada in Belmonte was so pretty and the degustation dinner was truly a gastronomic experience.  The Douro Valley hotel had a phenomenal setting and the wine tasting was perfect since Vinho Verde is my favorite Portuguese wine and they had an excellent offering of it.  Porto was very interesting and we substituted a Tuk Tuk tour for the one you suggested which was good because our guide could go where cars would never be able or allowed to go. Best of all, was the pre-programmed Garmin that took us where we wanted to go and put us back on our way when we wandered or made an incorrect turn. Thank you for your help and your quick turnaround time in organizing our trip.  And thanks to Joao and Goncalo who handled our questions in your absence and reunited me with my Ipad.   I will be happy to write a review on TripAdvisor and I assure you, It will be easy to write an outstanding one.”

The beaches were beautiful. We were lucky with the weather being fabulous. “Hi Rita, yes we have all made it home safe and sound with all the joys of our trip to Portugal still buzzing in our heads.  We had a fantastic time and created so many great memories.  Lisbon is a bustling city with such a long and rich culture, we loved learning about the history of Portugal and how that history has shaped the culture today (…)  We took some time to slow things down while in the Douro Valley and the cruise was a perfect way to achieve this. (…)  Coimbra and discovering the incredible library at the University, it really took our breath away (…) Cascais came at just the right time and we were ready to really slow it down and spend sometime walking the beach and reflecting on our trip.  We enjoyed visiting Sintra and choose to visit the Pena Palace and the Castle Regaleira, you were right picking two places to visit is just the right amount.  We then settled in at the hotel and just enjoyed the sun, the beach, the pool and some really great food and of course more Vinho Verde!  Thank you for all your help in planning this trip for our family and we hope to make it back to Portugal again someday! Everything went off without a hitch, and both you and your colleagues were so responsive whenever we had a question.  Thank you again!”
